Five-Word Feedback
Engaged, Uplifting, Insightful, Fun & Fast-Paced
Hello Reader,
Five-Word Feedback is an exercise we can use to be succinct and direct with our feedback. This tool works regardless of the topic, be it focused on a presentation, driving skills, playing squash, an essay, the development of a team member or the leadership ability of your boss.
STEPS:
Word - Select five words which encapsulate the feedback you wish to give. Of those five words, ideally 2-3 will be positive and 2-3 will be constructive (as merited by the situation).
Why - note down the reason you chose those words, ideally with examples.
