Hi, I'm Jono Elliot, an award-winning MSc of Business Psychology and Founder of Team Improvus - my mission is to help you improve.
Assertiveness is an art (one which I am still very much learning!). I am offering this workshop because I have researched and designed a handful of practical tools we can use to improve our assertiveness. I want to share them with you because I have found them incredibly useful on my own journey. Looking forward to learning with, and from, you.
