We will be building our emotional muscles through a variety of exercises as we reflect on the emotions we have had, why we had them, and what we would do differently next time. Together, we will get our heads in the emotion space, develop emotional awareness, test our empathy skills, and improve our emotional agility.
The stronger our emotional muscles, the better we can work with our emotions!
