What is it?

Join an exhilarating and engaging 90-minute Virtual Treasure Hunt! Meet people from all over the world, work in intercultural teams, and have fun while you learn more about emotional intelligence!

How does it work?

You will be randomly allocated in teams of four and given a set of emotional intelligence related tasks to accomplish. Each team will be racing across the web, scouring it for clues, answers and results! Two teams will be awarded prizes at the end - one for speed and the other for creativity. Be prepared to exercise your competitive and creative muscles!

Who is it for?

This Virtual Treasure Hunt is designed for ANYONE who wants to learn more about Emotional Intelligence … no technological requirements needed! 

We believe diversity is an asset and welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, nationalities, technological abilities, and understanding of emotional intelligence.

Who are the Facilitators?

Romy Alexandra Solomon is a certified experiential learning trainer, facilitator, and consultant. Romy has implemented 1,000 hours of experiential workshops to more than 2,500 trainers, educators, and youth in 20 countries across 4 continents. She is passionate about designing and delivering impactful workshops that empower individuals to integrate emotional intelligence, personal leadership, and human rights activism into their daily lives. Romy created "The Call to Connection" as a way to foster more connection, emotional intelligence, and belonging virtually during times of social distancing. 

Jono Elliot is an award-winning MSc of Business Psychology with Distinction whose mission is to help individuals, teams and organizations improve. Jono is now based in London, where he is founder of Team Improvus, and works as a coach, facilitator and organizational development consultant. Jono’s passion is to work with emerging leaders; startups, budding professionals and students, because he believes we can shape a better future by learning & teaching in the present, fostering greater emotional intelligence, authentic leadership, welcoming teams, and engaging organizations. His philosophy is that everyone is capable of making their unique journey on their own, but is happy to provide extra support, direction and tools to increase the effectiveness of that journey.
